We filmed the whole thing in time lapse just like Tony showed us and watch it over and over Four of our friends have ordered one too You asked me to mention total cost - Cost for us was total $35,000 for the order as you know and all up it cost extra $6,250 for plumbing and elect meter connections and nbn. The drawings and approval from local Certifier totalled $4,400. We budgeted to be max $50,000 and was under budget. We think it has increased the value fo our property by $100,000 plus for sure and probably more We are going travelling for 6 months later this year and are going to have the flat as our home and rent out our full house at the front - we will get over $900 per week easily. We will get a tenant for a year giving us good income while we are away and we will have our new compact home to come back to waiting for us whenever we want to come and go. Never know may just stay in the flat and keep renting out the big house for years. We love our smaller home. Feels good for us.
